Script Mock-up - 1st scene

I have decided to work on my script scene by scene as I can then work on each scene until it is how I see as perfect. Also, if I write my script this way, it gives me chance to do other work at the same time and develop my script slowly with regards to props, location, costumes, etc.
Within the script, I have included the lines of the actors and the off stage directions as I want to be very specific about my script and I want my script to bee seen as very professional. I have not yet added camera movement due to the fact this is only a 1st mock up and I can develop this over time when I have chosen a location and I know the area and the camera, etc.

Scene 1

  Black - Film lines

  Red - Off stage directions

  Green – Camera actions (added at a later time)

[The first scene begins in the Italian Pizzeria’s kitchen, Luigi is working in the kitchen with his back turned to the camera, then Mario walks in]

Luigi:      [In kitchen making a pizza with back turned to the audience]

Mario:   [Walks into kitchen and stands next to Luigi with back to the audience and tries to join in, tries to kneading the dough, whilst doing this, takes a step away from, Luigi turns to the side so he is facing sideways to audience and drops it on Luigi’s head – shocked face when happening]

Luigi:      [Slowly takes pizza dough off dead, turns onto a side facing sideways to the audience and then frantic and angrily waving his arms around] Mario?! Look you are so stupid! Why did I even hire you?!

Mario:   [Shrugs shoulders]

Luigi:      You know what? You have one last chance tonight or you… [uses thumbs to mime slitting throat, then walks out of kitchen]

Mario:   [Turns to face the camera] Oh no! [Sits on stool and scratched head]

Luigi:      [Leans into kitchen] Two very important customers will be here soon, get busy [leans back out of kitchen]

Mario:   [Stands up and points figure in the air] I have an idea!
